About Us

Innes Cooke has always been interested in maximising both his physical performance in sports and that of others. This is where his passion for the human body first originated. He was formerly a high-level archer and part of the Swiss national squad and discovered osteopathy by injuring himself. This planted the seed that prompted him to study osteopathy to help others in the same fashion as he was helped. 

This also highlighted how important recovery and being in a state of relaxation is in living a fulfiling life.  Innes is a qualified osteopath. However, he still appreciates the substancial benefits that massage can deliver and wants to continue offering these treatments to individuals.

Innes' understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, obtained during his osteopathic training at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as his personal life experiences, have allowed him to fully understand how to relieve both mental stress and physical tension in his patients.

Innes' core principle is that when someone is physically at ease, is when they are mentally most resilient and ready to take on life's challenges.
